Navaho is the world's first erect-growing thornless blackberry. Navaho is delicious when eaten fresh and super for pies and jams.

Released in 1988, this variety has medium sized fruit with high sugar content.

Kiowa Blackberries are the largest berry size on the market; they can be eight to ten times bigger than wild berries. The berries are firm with excellent sweet tart flavor.

Kiowa was released from the breeding program of the University of Arkansas in 1995.

Flamin' Fury Peaches are large, with great sweet flavor and excellent color. They are very juicy and hold well in storage and refrigeration.
Biscoe Peaches are finely textured medium-large peach with skin 60% covered with bright red blush over yellow ground. Flesh is firm, yellow and non-browning. They have an excellent flavor.
Klondike Peaches are crimson, verging on purple, and the flesh is creamy white with occasional bleeding around the stone. They are very low acid, making them a wonderful dessert peach.
Encore peaches are great for eating out of hand, and their lower moisture content makes them perfect for preserving. They have a slightly less sweet taste than peaches that are harvested earlier in the season, which makes them a good candidate to appear in pies or cobblers and canning as well.
White Lady Peaches are one of several varieties of peach that feature a bright, white flesh and sweet flavor. This peach is one of the best eating peaches one will ever find. Its flesh is soft and has little to no graininess. It separates very easily from the stone and is easy to cut.

The outer skin of this peach is thinner than that of most peaches and has less of a furry texture. Children and others who do not like the texture of peach skin may find this one more desirable.

Contender peaches are firm, large, sweet aromatic, and very delicious. They are great for fresh eating, freezing or canning, since they resist browning.
Coralstar peaches are large and beautiful with wonderful flavor. They do not brown when cut so they are excellent for baking, canning and freezing. They store very well in the refrigerator.
Pink Lady Apples, originally named Cripp's Pink, are crisp and crunchy. They do not brown easily after being cut, so the Pink Lady is a great addition to fresh vegetable and fruit salads.

The first bite tastes pleasantly tart and is followed by a delicious sweetness.

Granny Smith Apples are crisp, juicy, and tart which makes them perfect for either baking in pies, stewed in sauces or eating out of hand. They're also great in salads because once cut, they keep their color longer than other apples.
Stayman Winesap apples are crisp and tangy. They stand up well to baking and poaching. To store, refrigerate in the coldest part of refrigerator.

Perfect snack for fresh eating, this apple makes delicious pies, cobblers, apple crisp, quick breads, apple butter, applesauce and muffins.

Red Fuji Apples are yellowish and the texture is firm and very crisp. It is a juicy apple, very sweet with an attractive aroma.

Fuji apples retain their shape when cooked, but take longer than average to cook tender. They store very well in the refrigerator.

Red Winesap Apples are an old apple variety. Winesap apples are good for eating, juice, and baking. Juicy and tart, the Winesap apple has a crisp, yellowish flesh covered with a deep red skin.

This all-purpose apple has good keeping qualities. It is a firm, rather coarse, moderately crisp apple with a sprightly, medium acid taste.

Golden Delicious is a honey sweet apple with a mild, sweet flavor that is very juicy. It is an excellent all-purpose apple and you can cut down the sugar in pies and sauces made from Golden Delicious apples.
Red Delicious is one of the most famous apples, and one of the most widely grown apple varieties. The dark and intense crimson color makes it the classic red apple.

Red Delicious has a strong sweet flavor. It seems like it should be crisp and crunchy, but it is generally too soft. Excellent for eating fresh & salads; poor for baking.

The Grand Gala is a sport variety of the Gala Apple. It has a sweet, creamy, yellow flesh. It is great eaten fresh and is excellent for many culinary uses, great for all uses.

Cortland apples are considered ideal for sauces and baking because their flesh is very juicy and generally doesn't brown very quickly when exposed to the air.

These apples should be kept refrigerated and used as soon as possible after being picked or purchased because they tend to lose their flavor and crispness rather quickly.

Honeycrisp apples are very crisp and have a juicy texture. The flavor ranges from mild and well-balanced to strongly aromatic, depending on the degree of maturity.

They can be stored for at least six months in the refrigerator.
