If it is ripe in the orchard then it's fresh in The Apple Barn.  Check the Harvest Schedule to verify the ripening date of your favorite fruit.  Blueberries, Blackberries, Peaches, Grapes, Apples, Tomatoes, Okra, Beans, Peppers, Corn and more.

Fresh Apple Cider

Pressing the finest juices from the finest fruits. Our fresh pressed apple cider is unpasteurized, so that the amazing taste is savored in every gallon. We use the perfect ratio of sweet to tart apples, creating a fresh taste sensation like no other apple juice product on the market. Available during fall months.

Apple Cider Slushies

Yummy, Refreshing & Healthy!  Our slushies are simply fresh apple cider frozen to perfection.  NOTHING IS ADDED!!!

Apple Butter

Homemade right on the orchard.  Apple Butter is like a fruit preserve, but more spreadable. Delicious on any kind of bread from simple toast to a hot biscuit!  Also available in Sugar / Sucrose Free.

Byrd's BBQ Sauce

This is a great sauce flavored with Apple Cider Vinegar. The flavor is sweet in the mouth and warm as it goes down. Can be used as a sauce, marinade or basted over meat while grilling.  Available in Spicy & Mild.

THE ORCHARD BAKERY

Our bakery was added in 2009.  It has become one of the highlights of visiting the orchard.  The aroma of our fresh homemade goodies fill the air if you visit The Apple Barn on baking days.  We carry a variety of homemade baked goods.  In season, we use fresh fruit from the orchard in our cakes, pies and turnovers.

Wine Cake

Mixing wine into cakes before baking is an age old technique to create moist, flavorful deserts. The wine's alcohol evaporates in the baking process, and most people who try our wine cake cannot pinpoint the unique flavor, but they usually ask for seconds.  This cake works perfectly during the holidays, on a buffet table or in a picnic basket!  It's very moist and has been our most popular bakery item since we opened.

Apple Cake

Comparing Apples to Apples.......Our Apple Cake is the Best!!!  A moist dense cake that keeps well. In addition to apples it has pecans, coconut and after baking is topped with a warm buttermilk glaze.  It has been a customer favorite since our bakery opened.

Fruit Turnovers

Apple, Peach and Peach & Apricot.......Our turnovers are baked not fried.  The light and flaky crust cradles the delicious orchard grown fruit inside.  Available individually during season.
