U-Pick Rules & Information

U-PICK RULES

Always call ahead, check the homepage of the website, or visit our Facebook page to verify picking conditions (weather, picking hours and fruit availability vary)

  1. You must pay for all the fruit that you pick. Please Pick Wisely.

  2. We are a working orchard, and while beautiful, it can be dangerous to a wandering child. Please make sure children are supervised at all times.

  3. Please DO NOT climb trees or bushes (the limbs will break and it’ll take years for that limb to grow back and produce fruit).

  4. Pick only in designated picking areas. Other areas may not be ready for picking yet.

  5. Please do not waste the fruit by throwing it on the ground.

  6. Keep our orchards clean and beautiful for all to enjoy.

  7. We recommend packing water, hats and sunscreen for your u-pick adventure.


    SPECIFIC U-PICK INFORMATION

    **Please note that the u-pick procedures are subject to change without notice based on ground and field conditions. When an orchard access pass is required, it allows access to all u-pick fields that are currently open.

Berry Season (June & early July)

  • Weekdays (crop dependent): As we are now in peach season, u-pick blueberries follow u-pick peach procedures mentioned below. We will have blueberries through mid-July.

Peach & Sunflower Season (July & August)

  • Weekdays: There is a $3 admission on weekdays to access the orchards, and we will transport guests via shuttle to and from the fields. The peaches are too heavy, the distance is too far and it’s too hot to allow guests to walk to the fields. Walking to or from the fields is not allowed. Guests will also receive a mini slushie to cool you off once returning from the fields. Please purchase your picking tickets in advance to guarantee availability.

  • Weekends ~ Peaches, Petals & Pasture Pals Weekend Adventure

    • Saturday Mornings (9:30am-12:30pm) & Sunday Afternoons (1-3:30pm): There is a $15.95 admission/person to access the orchards and flower fields, and we will transport guests via shuttle to and from the fields. As the peaches are too heavy, the distance is too far and it’s too hot, guests are not permitted to walk to the fields. Prior to heading to the field, we will sample fresh peaches. You will also have the opportunity to visit with the baby highland cows, while in the orchards and receive a mini slushie after your picking adventure. Please purchase your peach & flower picking tickets in advance to guarantee availability.

    • Saturday Afternoons (1-3:30pm): There is a $11.95 admission/person to access the orchards and flower fields, and we will transport guests via shuttle to and from the fields. As the peaches are too heavy, the distance is too far and it’s too hot, guests are not permitted to walk to the fields. You will also receive a mini slushie after your picking adventure. Please purchase your peach & flower picking tickets in advance to guarantee availability.

Zinnia Season (July & August)

  • There is no orchard access pass required to pick zinnias as guests walk to the fields for picking. Please check-in inside the Apple Barn for clippers and a mason jar. The price for zinnias is $9/mason jar and you can fit as many stems as you’d like in the jar.

Apple Season (September)

Pumpkins & Gourd Season (October)

Pecan Season (November)

  • Weekdays: All guests must walk to the u-pick fields. There is no orchard access pass required for the 2025 season. Please check-in inside the Apple Barn for buckets and u-pick items.
